PROGRAM DETAILS
Five TUP winners will receive complimentary memberships to AWSN - Australian Women in Security Network, connecting them to mentoring, events, scholarships, and a strong professional support network. Since 2015, AWSN has been championing women in security by building community and creating opportunities for growth and leadership.
This program assists women who want to pursue a career in cyber security and need support in gaining cyber security management and other technical certifications. The program will help 50 participants to pass and/or obtain ISACA CISM certification to uplift their cyber security management capability and advance their careers.
One lucky participant will receive a fully funded spot (USD $2,300) in the Cyber Leadership Institute’s Cyber Leadership Program. This is a world-class program designed to elevate leadership, sharpen decision-making under pressure, and strengthen executive presence.
Five lucky participants will receive a free ticket to AISA Cybercon held in Melbourne October 2026. Cybercon is Australia’s premier cyber security conference organised by AISA, attracting thousands of IT professionals, experts, executives, and decision-makers from diverse industries.
One lucky participant will receive a free ticket to AHECS held in Queensland in September 2026. AHECS is an exclusive event for cybersecurity professionals within the Australasian higher education and research sector.
FREE 2 MONTH RIGOROUS EXAM PREP STUDY GROUP SESSIONS
Qualified and experienced cyber security professionals will assist the participants with exam preparation. This will include gamified quizzes and ISACA practice exam questions publically available free practice quiz which includes questions from ISACA®'s test prep solutions that are the same level of difficulty you can expect on ISACA's official CISM exam.
SNEAK PEEK INTO EVERY CYBER SECURITY ROLE
This program offers a unique opportunity. For each CISM domain, successful and influential security professionals in various roles associated with that domain will deliver an online session about their role, a day in the life of that role and showcases technologies and processes they use in their daily jobs.
KEY NOTES BY INDUSTRY LEADERS
The program will give participants a unique opportunity to hear from Industry leaders (CISO's of reputed organisations) about the significance of cyber security certifications during the hiring process and other focus areas when considering an applicant for a management or leadership role.
COLLABORATION PLATFORM
Participants will be able to learn, study and motivate one another to get certified. The selected program participants will also have the opportunity to meet and collaborate with other participants in a dedicated collaboration forum.

IT security professionals who want to step up to a security team lead, security manager or leadership position
